Location. The six storey Norlandia Richmond Hotel has modern architecture and is located in the centre of the Danish capital Copenhagen, one kilometre from the main station. Stroetget, the city's pedestrianised shopping street, is 500 metres from the hotel and the Carlsberg Brewery is two kilometres distance. Vesterport metro station is 100 metres from the hotel, and Copenhagen Kastrup Airport is 10 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.
Hotel Features.The hotel has its own lounge bar and a room service menu is available. Multilingual staff at the front desk can offer currency exchange and the use of a safe deposit box, and there are dry cleaning services and laundry facilities. Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available in the public areas, and there is also nearby parking for those arriving by car.
Guestrooms.The 124 guestrooms, over six floors, have light, neutral decor, functional furnishings and fitted carpets. All are equipped with satellite television with pay movies, telephones, Internet connections (surcharge), electronic keys, housekeeping and wake up calls. Cribs are available on request.
Expert Tip. Pay a visit to the Carlsberg Brewery Visitors' Centre, two kilometres from the hotel, for a sample of what the makers claim is probably the best lager in the world.

Getting there.Take a train from the airport to Copenhagen's main station which is 500 metres from the hotel. Taxis are also available at the airport, and the fare is typically 200 DKK. The city's public transport system comprises a metro rail network called S train, and a bus system called HT. There is also a new underground metro system and numerous cycle paths.
